^thats how you do it. prepare ahead of time.

i make 5 days worth of lunches at a time. you can freeze cooked food real easy (rice, pasta, chicken). if you cook sunday, have monday/tuesday in the fridge and the rest in the freezer, and take one out of the freezer and put it in the fridge every day. (one for lunch, tomorrows in fridge, rest in freezer) to keep it fresh, but thawed when you need it.

I usually just put my meals in the fridge, not the freezer. No issues so far.

I don't necessarily recommend this. A google search says not to keep cooked food longer than 4 days in the fridge. I've eaten refridgerated food stored in tupperware up to 7 days after I've cooked it without anything happening .

I guess im doing it wrong. My daily carb intake consist of bread, instant noodles, and pasta. I don't even like eatting rice but I thought I give brown rice a try since it's a good carb.
I LOVE noodles. And if these yam noodles are as good as people claim, then this might be the key to my 6pack lol

the carbs you just posted are all bad, none of those are good for you if u are dieting.
try switching to the yam noodles, also put more veggies and more meat

when im dropping carbs from diet i go in this order:

junk food/treats/etc - dont eat any ever anyway
all fast food
.
pop
juice
pastas
breads
white rice
.
oats
wild rice

if you dont normally eat junk or fast food, simply eliminating pop, juice, pasta, bread, white rice can be worth 250g or more of carbs per day. thats 1000calories. cutting 1000calories will almost certainly result in fat loss gains.

ive never dieted to the point of not eating oats for breakfast or wild rice for dinner tho i may eat less rice per meal. i will never under any circumstances cut fruit or vegetables.

this is my standard goto 5pm meal.

when bulking the rice might turn into pasta. when cutting there will be less rice.
