Just a reminder to everyone that the bike show is this Thursday to Sunday, Jan 19-22.

Unless your on a Motard, Supermoto or Duel purpose bike I wouldn't recommend riding to the show on a sportbike.. especially with summer tires on...

I'll be there on Friday in my warm and toasty truck

I remember going to the show about 4 years ago. As I arrived it was just a cloudy day, when I was leaving there were over 2 inches of snow on the ground lol.

Hoping to get a new jacket this year, and maybe heated vest.

Went today, selection for gear isn't too good, so hopefully they stock more things in the next few days. Daytona was very busy and you could get show discount on items for pick up at the store if they don't have your size. Lots of cruiser/harley gear though if that is up your alley.

Picked up a pair of Sidi boots at Western Powersports booth. Super cheap compared to the other places.

Hope you have heated gloves, an hour on the highway going 90km/h in -3~6 degs will most likely give you frostbite

There's only a bit of snow on the road leading to Tradex, the city has done a fairly good job clearing it in preparation for the show, should be manageable with all-seasons.

Yeah they do a really good job of plowing out there. Just hope that you aren't stuck in the overflow lot. It was all snow covered so it might freeze over

Just came back from the show and the roads were decent. Pretty much same as last year, however, the Ducati Panigale was worth it. Looks a LOT better in person and is quite nimble for a 1200cc bike

Is it just me or did the show look a little cheap this year? I remember the big booths being a lot nicer before, especially Ducati.

Last year some kid dropped a 2011 zx-6r on his helmet (helmet clip was chipped), helped him pick it up and he walked away unscathed.

I saw it coming to, he was getting off without putting the kick stand down...
