Denso and Yazaki corp price fixing

Denso corp and Yazaki corp had secret meetings and agreed to maintaining a certain level for bids to car manufacturers and even had followup meetings.

After a 2 year investigation, they were fined and some Yazaki corp executives got jail terms for their roles in the price fixing.
