What kind of board is it? How bad... do you have a photo? On some old boards I had that de-lamed I either left it alone of got some two part epoxy and patched it up enough to finish the season.

Spoiler for rant.
Spoiler!
I went with my friend on a Wednesday to get our boards tuned up. The worker was very rude and unhelpful. I don't know if it was a racism thing, but he was spending a lot of time helping out other customers of.. lets say, the same ethnic background as him, even the ones who just walked in after us, and he kept giving us a cold shoulder after approaching him a few times.
He finally got to us and offered two options. a $35 quick wax, which is just a wax, scrape, and set. or a $70 full tune, which includes sharpening, and they really take their time to workout the dents and gashes. We decided to go for the full tune, as our boards both needed the sharpening, might as well go for the full deal. We asked if it was possible to have it done by Friday evening, as we're heading up Saturday morning. We really stressed this. He said yes.
As we were paying, my friend and I were talking about who's car to take up, and I guess the worker overheard that my friend has an Evo. So of course he throws in his 2 cents "what's the point of having an Evo in the city... gas this, maintenance that.. etc etc." We kinda pretended to laugh along with it as a joke, but then he really started to dig into us about spending money on cars, asking how much we spend on gas, and telling us how many km's his Jetta gets driving in from Maple Ridge everyday, yadda yadda. Brushing it off, we said thanks and headed out. It was 8pm when we headed out. As we were walking out, a couple walked in, the worker said "sorry I closed the till already." The store doesn't close until 9.
Came back on Friday night, and sure enough, our boards weren't ready. They didn't even get started on them. The guy said he'll do our boards right now. He comes back up with our boards 20 minutes later. We checked out our boards, and this was definitely not a $70 tune up. I could've done a better job waxing it myself. We asked for a $35 refund, seeing as there's no way that this was the $70 tune up they told us about. He refused. After a few minutes of arguing, we decided that the argument was going no where and just decided to leave and not to come back.

It wasn't so much the car bashing, it was more so that he was sticking his nose where it didn't belong. We came to get our snowboards tuned.. not to get a life lesson on what to do with our money and cars..

My family has been going there for years haha, not a bad thing to say. The only thing that frustrates me is that they won't put the din up really high on my bindings for liability reasons.
Mind you I picked up an iron there so i won't be going there much anymore. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience, that's pretty retarded man and if I was you I wouldn't be going back either, don't blame ya at all.
