Any modified Kizashi's, sx4, alto ect.... I wanna hear from you.
Hey guys. Im trying to possibly set up future meets and sales with Modified Suzukis in mind. Im from Alberta, new to the lower mainland and I am just trying to grasp the local Suzuki scene and get to know some new friends. So if any of you guys own and or modifed your Kizashi, SX4, Swift, Geo's, sammy, Alto's, cappuccino, carry, jumbo, every ect; I'd like to hear what you got. We need to get some action in this forum anyways. Post pictures if you can too. Thanks!
This is my friends Suzuki Alto Works RS-X. He lives in Edmonton tho, so you wont find it here in the lower mainland. But still awesome none the less and thought I'd share this whip with the rest of you. Maybe create some new excitement for the Alto?
Here is a picture of my old Every van "Joypop". I had so much fun owning this little van. Best of all, bolt pattern is 4X114.3 so there was lots of aftermarket wheels that just bolted on. Quad wheels and tires go on easy enough.
At one point, I was thinking about building a wheelie van with a SBC in the Every. It didnt happen tho Drifting took over my finances at that point.

I've been trying to get an Alto for so long now!!! If you know where there's one for sale, please let me know! By the way, a buddy from Medicine Hat has a sick GTI turbo. People have no clue that car can keep up with STI's lol...
I only have road race motor sports LED tails installed.
Also a light bar waiting to be installed once I get some new horns and piaa offroad lights.
Currently dealing with a guy in the sx4 forums to sell me his rally armors and loft kit.
I eventually plan to get the rocky road outfitters lift kit and Yokohama geolanders... Probably more stuff from RRM too if I can snag a good deal.
I really like driving my standard 6 speed sx4, it's a fun car for a daily driver. I've also tried the awd 50:50 lock through some very mushy mud at a construction site and it's great!

Unfortunatly, there is not a whole lot of Alto's to offer in the domestic market. Try searching in some of the forums in BC and Alberta and make a post to see if there is one here for sale. Id say its a long shot and you will most likely have to import one. Tho, the yen right now is a rip off and you will have to pay decent money to get one here landed and inspected.

That sounds like a good plan. Rally spec! Your missing the spoiler tho. I can get good deals on the suzuki stuff if you need a source in the future.

You got any pic's of your buddies car?
No, I don't have any pics unfortunately. But he's on a Suzuki forum called TeamSwift. He has a gallery with lots of pics. He's running around 240whp and the car weighs 800 kg's lol... Sure is a fun car, kept up with cars worth much much more...

That's Crazy power! Even at 150, an Alto would be pretty quick. I'll try to find his gallery when I have the chance.
So a customer came in the other day and I noticed her Grand Vitara was lifted. Looks to be approx a few inches. She is doing a custom front winch bumper amung other cool stuff. Next time she is in, it should be done. Im glad people are having the idea to mod these up. I want to see what they look like and what they can do. Tho, im still not sure if they can touch the samurai. haha
One of the salesmen just picked this unit up. We've got a bit of work to do to it first, but he will have it crawling up the trails here shortly. I've got a 84 toyota pick up thats trail equiped. So I am excited to have someone to go with now. Most likely have a few trail meets later on this season. So if anyone is interested, just shoot me a PM and we can get some guys together and go from there.
**NOT my car**
But similar to how I want to make it look. This guy has a Rocky Road Outfitters lift kit and 15" wheels with Yokohama Geolanders all terrain tires.
I want an Alto so bad... I would pay good money for one.
Before selling Suzuki's I was in and out of Japan, chopping, building and shipping Containers full of used cars parts for the past ten years. I'm in the slow process in convincing the owners at Orca bay that brokering and buying cars (out of Japan) can be profitable. So that service might be available shortly.
Send me a PM with your contact info. I can call you and at least give you some details on whats involved and what price you would be looking at to bring an alto into BC. I have Asnet auction access that hosts over 53 auction houses with over 7 million cars a year. Alto's sell daily and space on NISSAN ro-ro vessels is easily available
