How to avoid uneven abs?

I'm 5 month into my cut, lost 26lbs and kept it off. My gut is almost gone and I'm starting to see my abs.

What are some good exercises for avoiding uneven ab growth? Im already trying to keep good form and avoiding favoring one side.

Here is my current core workout.
What should I add or take out?
- Plank
- Air bike
- Yoga ball sit-up
- Ab roller (on knees, v-shape in and out)
- Decline crunch
- Decline sit-up (weighted)
- Knee hip raise
- Wood chopper
- Side Bends

Thanks in advance!

you are doing way way to much for abs my friend,
i think i do leg raises that is it, the reason why you are seeing your abs is cause you are dieting, its like fat ppl that do abs, they are better off jerking off in the change room.
doing weighted stuff for your core is not the greatest it can puff you out and make u look wider down below and taking away from the v taper.
leg rasies and windshield whippers are all i do if i do abs
and remember abzzz are made in the kitchen brahhhhh

On a side note Genetics is the only factor in abdominal symmetry. You can't really shape them they are how they are.

Berz out.

Yup it's all genetics. Even the most famous bodybuilders can have fucked up abs symmetry , Jay Cutler comes to mind (because there is a poster in the dumbbell room in my gym lol)

Halo: I don't do all 9 exercises in one day, I do core twice a week. Still too much?
Berz & Skinny: Ahhhh my worst nightmare. Let's hope my genetics allow good ab symmetry. And speaking of muscle symmetry, does genetics only apply to ab or all muscles?

YYou can fuck up symmetry with shitty training, but if you are training properly it will come down to genetics.

This is the kind of fuckarounditis stuff you shouldn't be concerned about

Front squats. If you squat heavy properly, you'll feel your abs.

I do them as part of my core based warmup. It's mostly there to activate lats + quads + hamstrings and get everything loose. Ab work is kind of just a side effect

I am also cutting and going for a 6 pack. Even bet a coworker $100 bucks I would get it for motivation.
I was doing them twice a week but this week I switched to three times a week.

Each time I do:

Incline full range sit ups with 25lb plate 3x10
Cable crunch 5x25 @ 120lbs
Ball cross body crunches 3x40
Decline leg raises 5x20

Sometimes I'll do a P90x ab ripper session to mix it up.

I am eating clean all the time and doing lots of cardio.

I never work abs. They get enough work from all the heavy lifting I'm doing.

Berz out.

^ same here from the exact same way. My dominate side is noticeably larger from so much throwing yet both sides have equal strength.
