Lol you guys are doing a pretty great job of using social media

Linked this thread to another forum.

I was looking at that exact same car back in late December last year, being "helped" by Sebastian Goh. He pressured me to buy the car even before I said anything, claiming that "everyone does that; they do their research prior, walk in, buy it, and drive it home right away."

I just LOLed on the spot, turned my back on him and left.

Ever since I last posted on their "Winteruption festival" post, they
gave up and stopped posting random articles on their wall :awwyeah:

Presto 02-24-2012 05:00 PM

^^
Or they just went home for the day.

Not really racist! 02-24-2012 05:04 PM

See the power of social media?

I bet you guys screwed up many many previous customers but none of them decided to go the route Belaud did.. you guys dun goof'd.

gars 02-24-2012 05:07 PM

I don't quite get the privacy feature of their wall. I posted a comment about how my dad bought a car, but I'm going to talk him out of trading it in and buying another... Both Subaru and Hank responded to my comment, but I can't see the comment other than through my notifications.

This is spreading like wildfire...By monday...all of canada is going to know about this story.
Richmond subaru should be on damage control ASAP...kissing your butt and ending this problem.

Best wall post:

"Austin Taylor
Prior to the issue beginning to attract significant attention, you have been either reluctant or unwilling to rectify your clients concerns. Why is it that negative publicity is necessary before you give your customer the level of service he is entitled to?"

I hope so. I was going to take my STi for it's very first service at Richmond Subaru, after reading Belaud's issues, researching up on customer complaints towards Richmond Subaru via Google, there is no way in hell I'm going to service my car there. :accepted:

If they can even lose one customer out of this whole thread, then it's worth it! They've lost me after they yelled at me. I wish I got it on video :( anyone want to do a sales troll? :troll:

We should get a couple groups together and troll browse for some SUV's. Test drive to a drive-thru, lie to the sales guy that if he pays for the food, we buy car on the spot, but just walk out once the drive is over :troll:.

I read that comment from you.

I also read the response. Maybe it's just me but the response you got to your post seems so condescending. The whole "We would be glad to talk to your dad about his experience/concern blah blah blah" vs. we would like to discuss with BOTH of you.

Seems like they think you're some 12 year old kid who retarded so the "adults" need to talk here.

kkttsang 02-24-2012 06:36 PM

^a lot of their comments are like that, comes off very snobby and douchy. Not very apologetic at all.

I don't even know any more man.

Car seems like a complete write-off in terms of a "brand new" car.

Might as well just get a new car and use this as a demo/reminder of how not to deliver a car.

Energy 02-24-2012 07:04 PM

^ I think that is the fairest solution. Guy paid for a new car so he should get a new car. Also fire their current detail guy.

fire ALL the people who were talking out of their asses.

everyone should call and claim they're applying for the detailing position as they heard the previous guy got fired for incompetence.

R-kOO 02-24-2012 07:12 PM

^ Agreed.
I say fire all the individuals involved trying to shoo away the OP and accept the car as is.
