Anyone else notice Shun Suzuki's new Car in the background of one of the OPs Pictures? |
http://www.popartuk.com/g/l/lgpp3167...eam-poster.jpg Lol you guys are doing a pretty great job of using social media |
Linked this thread to another forum. I was looking at that exact same car back in late December last year, being "helped" by Sebastian Goh. He pressured me to buy the car even before I said anything, claiming that "everyone does that; they do their research prior, walk in, buy it, and drive it home right away." I just LOLed on the spot, turned my back on him and left. |
Ever since I last posted on their "Winteruption festival" post, they gave up and stopped posting random articles on their wall :awwyeah: |
^^ Or they just went home for the day. |
See the power of social media? I bet you guys screwed up many many previous customers but none of them decided to go the route Belaud did.. you guys dun goof'd. |
I don't quite get the privacy feature of their wall. I posted a comment about how my dad bought a car, but I'm going to talk him out of trading it in and buying another... Both Subaru and Hank responded to my comment, but I can't see the comment other than through my notifications. |
^ I can see the comment, like everybody has said before.. press the button on the right "posts by everyone" |

Richmond subaru should be on damage control ASAP...kissing your butt and ending this problem. |
Best wall post: "Austin Taylor Prior to the issue beginning to attract significant attention, you have been either reluctant or unwilling to rectify your clients concerns. Why is it that negative publicity is necessary before you give your customer the level of service he is entitled to?" |

I also read the response. Maybe it's just me but the response you got to your post seems so condescending. The whole "We would be glad to talk to your dad about his experience/concern blah blah blah" vs. we would like to discuss with BOTH of you. Seems like they think you're some 12 year old kid who retarded so the "adults" need to talk here. |
^a lot of their comments are like that, comes off very snobby and douchy. Not very apologetic at all. |
From Subaru Canada Inc.'s wall: Subaru Canada Inc. Hi Hank! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are aware of the situation with this customer and are working with the dealership to resolve the issue to his satisfaction. Subaru Canada agrees that there is no way a car should be delivered to a customer in this condition. Richmond Subaru has been attempting to fix the paint and they are working with Subaru Canada to ensure the car looks great! All parties are committed to total customer satisfaction and we stand behind the quality of our products! 38 minutes ago · Like |
The car needs a new paint job.. Detailing won't do shit to fix the areas with missing clear coat Posted via RS Mobile |

Car seems like a complete write-off in terms of a "brand new" car. Might as well just get a new car and use this as a demo/reminder of how not to deliver a car. |
^ I think that is the fairest solution. Guy paid for a new car so he should get a new car. Also fire their current detail guy. |

everyone should call and claim they're applying for the detailing position as they heard the previous guy got fired for incompetence. |
^ Agreed. I say fire all the individuals involved trying to shoo away the OP and accept the car as is. |
