I went to check just now and...the rain has already washed away the "pristine" look on the spot the detailer polished. It now looks indistinguishable with the rest of the car, it would seem detailing this car wont do the car good anymore, unless I kept the car as a garage queen.
So a lot of you were right, it would seem this problem will keep coming back out unless I continuously bring it back in every month or so.
I will also be going there at 5:30PM after work, so expect me to arrive at around 6PM. Feel free to wait outside for a live update.
Also, I had demanded money back, but they refused, I would not pay $330 for my paint to be destroyed, then another $400 to have it fixed, thats not how I work. They "tried" to fix it, but made it worse, now the damage is pretty much irreversible.
I understand a lot of you are saying I'm dumb for taking delivery under the rain and everything, but I've dealt with other Subaru dealerships, they did not take advantage of my trust and naivety, I had a lot of trust going into Richmond Subaru simply because of my prior experience with the name SUBARU. In the end, I understand this is partially my fault for even beginning to trust Richmond Subaru, but I have not given up on trusting other dealerships such as Don Docksteader and Specialty Subaru. Even Wolfe Subaru has no problems like Richmond Subaru, my friend bought a '11 STI there with no problem, had issues with the car, it was rectified right away.

Belaud, if you don't mind a suggestion, discretely record the audio of your conversation with the GM. Most if not all smart phones and tablets have a voice recording feature and if you catch him saying something like this it would be very beneficial to you..
"Once i give you this business card, I don't ever want to see your face here again."
As mentioned elsewhere, I'll come by to see what happens. I don't see how a few people showing up would hurt. I'm not trying to incite an angry mob or anything... just sayin...
Probably meet outside yoahan across the street while OP is with the GM. When it's done, the OP can meet the rest of the guys up on an update and see how everything goes from there instead of a ton of ppl outside the dealership blocking other customers *cough*. Well assuming people roll in with a ride each there isn't going to be much space Posted via RS Mobile

I would agree. But wouldn't posting that on this thread totally give it away to Richmond Subaru? They do have 2 accounts on here... Anyways, I guess no matter what, the most important thing is that OP gets what he deserves. @belaud I hope you get a new car. No customer should have to go through this horrible experience.
meet at richmond subaru for support tomorrow anyone?
I'm going to try to make it out there tomorrow. I think it's a good idea to meet up with Belaud at Yaohan across the street like BaoTurbo says, as this is pretty last minute and we're not really organized yet.
This needs to be Richmond Subaru's official theme song.
Every other day, every other day,
Every other day of the week is fine, yeah
But whenever Monday comes, but whenever Monday comes
You can find me cryin' all of the time
I suspect Mondays suck for all of their customers when they come outside to a car full of fucking scratches and swirls.
