Congrats Belaud!
Been following this thread since I was looking to buy one too.
Was originally going to go to Richmond Subaru but, wow, I'm glad I wasn't ready to buy yet!
I'm actually shopping for the exact model you returned, so I'll have to be careful of dealer trades haha.
I went to Wolfe Subaru on Saturday and they actually read this thread and were shocked at what happened (so I should be safe when I am ready to buy).

I only got to test drive 2 km but I love it already. I'm going to see if I can crash one of those Friday Subaru meets at Timmy's to see if some nice guy will take me in their STi around the block. I need some further motivation to make the purchase

even tho he's a troll sometimes, it made things interesting.... it is always good when someone has an objective point of view.... it helps reinforce the right ideas once debate happens.

life is boring without trolls.....

Nothing wrong with a person with a objective point of view posting about his/her opinions, but he has ruined alot of great threads with his "objective point of views".....or should I say, self righteous views.

exactly, and that's why I banned him.
There's a difference between being a troll by trying to show a different point of view, and trolling simply to piss people off.

well that was quick. how much did they knock off from the price you originally paid belaud?

i wonder if they just tried detailing it of if they actually spent money to repaint it... probably another "detail" job

i'm sure it's no mistake that they took pics of the car while still wet.

They knocked off $800 on sticker price, considering the damage on the paint is fairly permanent, its quite the rip off.

Poor fellow who buys it will be happy for until the polish filler wears off, then he will see all the swirls & scratches brought upon it, he'll end up blaming himself too if he didn't know this car's history :/

If this car is repainted, then....its still not worth it.

They've actually added an extra 1k to what I paid for it originally.

This post right here is a good enough reason to never deal with Richmond Subaru for anything.

It's proof that a snake never changes it's colors.....or once a cheat ,will always be a cheat.

You said it man!
I was thinking a BRZ might be a fun addition to my stable, and no fiving way would i ever deal with Richmond Subaru. At least ship it off to Calgary until it sells, or the heat dies down. But this shows arrogance, and/or stupidity on their part.

Wow.
I am dissapoint.
