As a heads up, we are keeping it simple for the booth this year. We are just selling rs decals (white only) for $5/pair. No other colours (we don't have any left) or shirts (there's only a few left anyways). I will use the proceeds to repay Tommy's selfless offer of bringing coffee and donuts

Do you guys need volunteers still? I'll be heading down to snap some photos but since this is my first meet, i'd be down to help out I'll be bringing my pickup to the meet since my car is outta commission just let me know if you guys need help moving anything or need help with the meet. Be nice to meet some of you guys beforehand!

NS members will be present at the Brentwood/Lougheed Timmies then roll out from there.

For those who want to meet, well, I was thinking of 41st and Victoria, London Drugs plaza in Vancouver. It has a McD's and Starbucks in one place and joins to 41st. We may even see other car clubs along the way.
Generously estimated Times:
9:00am meet at London Drugs Plaza.
9:20am leave via 41st avenue Westbound.
9:30am on UBC highway.
9:45am down to Spanish Banks and arrive.
10:00am-10:30am set-up
Thoughts?

Was thinking about volunteering up my motor decided to retire early there yesterday, Maybe next time. Ill be out there but i wont be staying to long as my ride has work . Volunteer to help keep the peace while im there Quote:

A big thank you to all the volunteers who came early, braved the chilly weather and helped with all aspects of this meet. Please forward your names to me for our records and to be on your certificate of appreciation. Thanks jACE for bringing the gear and spearheading today's proceedings. Thanks to Morgan, splendid job as team leader as always. Twins: great job and initiative as always. Tent staff: thanks for handling revscene finances and sales.
