I can't believe people actually lined up for this POS. It was available online everywhere and it comes out pretty much worldwide (you can't sell it in HK). Yet there were still about 30/40 people lined up outside RC at 12 last night. The guys at the front even brought a LCD to game on.

Does anyone know why Hong Kong's not selling the 4G version?
They might not have the 4G/LTE network....but I thought the device is backward compliable with 3G...HSPA+, DC-HSDPA, etc and many other bands?

The news in HK is that there is very little markup on these ipads compared to previous ones.
BTW make sure the 4G bands are the same. There is only one LTE carrier here right now, not sure what band they use.

FS had 3 and 2 sitting side by side...I couldn't tell which was which until it was pointed out to me...
Best part about "the new ipad" is that the ipad 2 is now $420 (16/wifi), think I'll grab a couple of those instead...
Anyone pick up an apple tv yet?

The A5X speed only bumps graphic to QuadCore. The CPU is still the DuoCore found in iPad 2

iPad2 is still a very good tablet. Played with the new iPad, while the screen is nice, I don't think it's enough to warrant an upgrade. The demo unit was also crazy hot.
