I just passed my learners,

Im interested in the course, but 800 dollars is almost 1/6th the cost of a brand new bike, so fuckin expensive

anyone wanna just give me private lessons for half that much money?

It's true it's expensive.

Actually NO it's not.

Even if it was $10,000 it will be worth it.... its YOUR LIFE we are talking about... A bike is replaceable hence it can be ANY price but your life is not replaceable.

Take the hit and take the lesson, I have learned SO MUCH from it that I used now when riding on the streets which includes just which position to take when riding to prevent (HOUDINI)

This is an article about "private" lessons

^ good call,

Alright sign me up for the next wave

Vale46Rossi 06-14-2012 11:39 PM

Feels good, knowing that something I typed could have saved someone's life.

Cheers!

RabidRat 06-15-2012 12:17 AM

Okay we now have a third, enough to kick Round 2 off.

If anyone else wants to sign up for this wave, you have until Sunday night to get back to me. Given how long it took to get this one going, I would estimate that if we have a Round 3 it wouldn't go through until about late August / early September.

Monday morning I'm making the call to PRS, so that's the cut-off.

It's expensive but I don't think you'll regret it. They really do a very good job of not just teaching you how to ride, but going over survival techniques and statistics of how people die on their bikes so you know how to avoid those situations.

joeytomato 06-15-2012 06:55 PM

peazs 06-17-2012 09:02 PM

RabidRat 06-17-2012 11:39 PM

joeytomato, are you wanting to sign up right now for Night Class A, or did you want to wait a bit for when we do Round 3?

alicelc, sounds good. Btw sorry the bike went to someone else, I honestly would've rather sold it to you if I could've haha. =(

alicelc 06-18-2012 12:09 AM

Thank you, RabidRat! Hopefully Round 3 won't be too far away (late-July)? :D
Oh, don't worry. I should have seen it earlier. It wasn't meant to be :'(
