Just signed up for PRS. Starting on the 21st. Dirt biked and ATV'd when I was younger and finally decided to get back onto a bike. Judging by the feedback about the little jabs by the instructors, looks like I should just keep my mouth shut about everything lol. They're probably gonna judge me by my appearance anyway. |
take night school B with Dat. |
Nice. That was the one I chose. |
You will have lots of fun and learn a lot |
Decide to take a riding course with PRS next month. Anyone down for a group signup? |
So. Just got my N. Let's see if I don't die in the next week or so. |
You will have fun at PRS. Even more fun if you can take Dat's class. |
Dat's voice sounds like an army drill sargent lol |
Just finished the PRS course. Amazing experience. Learnt so much. The course is based much more on survival than the bike itself. They really drill safety into you. As they should since a bike has no protection compared to a car. Especially against those luxury suvs in richmond. I would recommend this school to anyone who wants to get into riding. The material is there, the instructors are experienced and fricken hilarious. Well worth the money. |
Repost from the not worthy of a new thread thread.. Just passed my class 6! :D But to anyone who's scheduling your exam through PRS, ask to reserve the bike you learned on! I was taught there on a CRF, but when I arrived to get set up for my exam, all the CRF's were being used by the class, so I was stuck with a Sherpa that I've never been on before. I was a little sketched out at first, but after a few practice laps it wasn't too bad. |
I wanna take the weekend course in the near future but only available on weekends and not weeknights for the program. :fuuuuu: |
Figured it was a good opportunity to bump this thread - it's that time of the year again! As a graduate of Pacific Riding School (PRS) I can say it was an amazing experience! |
Took PRS with Dat 3 years ago. it was a memorable one! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend taking a course to anybody |
I did PRS I think two summers ago. Went from a learners permit to full class 6 in two weeks :) I was in a pretty small but confident group for the final ride and Ambrose took us on a pretty epic first ride with some twisties up to horseshoe bay for lunch. Best part is for the class 6 test, they assist with all the booking and you also get to use one of their bikes. |
Anybody looking to do a group sign up? We've got two people so far with k2damax |
Bump |
