Yup, they had the chocolates marked down to $10.50 in their system. Chick then gave me another 50% off. I picked the young chick for a reason.......they is pretty dumb. And she wasn't even blonde.
Just last week I had another deal of the week. I was waiting a long time for a 12 volt Fuel Milwaukee 1/4 inch Hex Impact Driver to go on sale. They went on sale at BC Fasteners and Tools last week. Regular price is $179.00 for the kit, which comes with two batteries, a case, and a charger. Not a great deal, but as a bonus, you get a large capacity battery for free.
I go to Home Depot, because they will beat any advertised deal by 10%. Salesguy writes up one of those slips that includes the reduced price. I pick the youngest girl I could find and sure enough, she screws up and gives me a further 10% off.
I was compaining about how people these days can't write worth a shit......... well, they can't read worth a shit, either and I'm good with that. Just hope none of them are doctors, nurses, or pharmacists.
And, it's not just Canadians. I downloaded and printed a coupon for two free tacos at Jack in the Box about three weeks ago. The very first line reads, "with purchase." Guess what? I get two free tacos without buying anything. Not just at one loacation, but three. Pink slime never tasted so good, LOLOLOLOL.

Well, there's a reason why these kids are doing entry level jobs...
If you want to use a coupon/get a promo, pick the young cashiers cuz they don't care! NEVER go to an old Asian woman.

Worse case with the good stuff is when the wafers in the Kit Kats or Coffee Crisps go soggy - not so crisp any more.
Cool dry place.
Heat and cold will turn chocolates into Michael Jackson, LOL.

120 pieces Coffee Crisp, Kit Kat, Aero box cost me $5.25! That's less than 5¢ a piece fellow frugal Asians. | That's a solid win.
I'm sure you already know this, but the best price before Halloween is about 10¢ per chocolate. After Halloween, because the 50% off is from the regular price, it's still at least 7.5¢ per.

So having just dumped a crudtonne of money into my car (DAMN YOU, SUBARU HEAD GASKETS!) I was thinking of some relatively cheap meals that I used to make. So I go to safeway and discover that the ones near my place no longer sell Beef Chuck Roasts. Anyone know where I can head to pick some up without having to order one at the butcher?

FYI egg nog isn't included in the deal but they'll allow for any McCain pizza. Need to find a store with more caramel cone in stock.

The Safeway I went to only allowed the deal with rising crust which was sold out. They also only wanted chocolate milk which was also sold out.
Curse you Willingdon and Hastings Safeway!!

Curse you Willingdon and Hastings Safeway!! | Well, the Rising Crust part is understandable, as that is what it says on the picture... but what part of "assorted varieties" did they not understand about the milk?
In the past, I know others were able to get substitutes for items that were out.
For example, if it specified a 908g lasagna and it was sold out, some people were allowed to get 2 x 454g lasagnas instead.

Oh, and as an added bonus, you should be able to use Best Buy gift cards online at FutureShop as well. They won't let you use it in store, but it should work online.
