Presto 12-29-2017 01:38 PM

For PRIME members:
https://www.amazon.ca/Nestle-Pure-Li.../dp/B00CR6ZHSK

1.99 for 24 pack of Nestle
no deposit!

MG1 12-29-2017 01:42 PM

$128.00 shipping, lol.

I'd buy 35 dollars worth to get free shipping, but it looks like you are limited to 3.
I guess I'll have to buy some other things to qualify for free shipping. Also, you can get Nestlé bottled water for close to ten cents a bottle on sale at Walmart or Lowes. Deposit is deposit, but that eco fee at the stores is total bullshit. Especially when some places charge more than others. Anyway.................

Presto 12-29-2017 05:23 PM

I'm surprised you don't have Prime. It is awesome value.

MG1 12-29-2017 10:21 PM

Yeah, I really should.

I sign up for their trial period every once in a while.

For this, I will sign up as a bonus. Anyone have feedback?

McDonald's mailer coupons are out. So are the Subway coupons. Even Tim Horton's has mailer coupons out now.

Also, if you have the McDonald's mobile app, Big Mac, Egg McMuffin or McCafé beverage is a dollar plus tax. Only catch is, you have to use Mobile Ordering. 50% off McChicken. There's also a buy one get one deal, but it's also on the mailer.

Don't forget, the mailers work at the kiosk, so you can use the coupons over and over again. I don't think they ask for the coupon at the counter. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Oh, if you didn't get the mailer coupons, here's a link for printable coupons.

https://www4.mcdonalds.ca/coupons/

EDIT: Just realized you don't even need to print this shit out. Just go to the linked page and scan the bar code from the offer. Paperless, ftmfw!

Really good promotion on right now for a limited number of people.

The promotion is that if you spend 95 Air Miles Cash Miles ($10 cash equivalent) or more, you get 20 bonus Air Miles. No minimum fuel requirements and stacks with other promotions.

https://www.shell.ca/en_ca/motorists...XJtaWxlc2Nhc2g

Quote:

Now you can use AIR MILES Cash at Shell. Simply swipe your AIR MILES card instore or at the pump where available and get $10 off for every 95 AIR MILES Cash Miles redeemed on your purchases. Plus for a limited time get 20 Bonus Miles every time you redeem your AIR MILES Cash Miles.

Offer valid through January 8 to March 7 at participating Shell locations. Get 20 AIR MILES® Bonus Miles when you use your AIR MILES Cash Miles on any purchase at Shell (excluding tobacco products, Shell Gift Cards, Third Party Gift Cards, Prepaid Gift Cards, or Phone Cards). Maximum of 20 Bonus Miles per transaction for this offer. Maximum of 5 transactions per day. No coupon required. A valid AIR MILES® Card must be swiped at time of transaction. Offer may be combined with other bonus offers.
Now, to take advantage of the promotion, you pretty much have to meet the following requirements:
1) Have a substantial amount of Air Miles Cash Miles (at least 475, but the more, the better)
2) Be willing to only fill $10 of gas at a time
3) Have a Shell station located on your commute (else waste too much fuel to make it worthwhile)
4) Convert 100% of your Air Miles to Cash Miles.

I tried this out today and it worked. Spent 95 Air Miles Cash Miles on $10 worth of gas and got 20 bonus Air Miles (also stacked with a coupon to reduce the cost per litre).

Breakdown is:
- $0 real money spent
- 20 Air Miles back for every 95 Air Miles Cash Miles spent (technically 21% of Air Miles back, but if you only have 475 Cash Miles, it's basically get $60 of gas for $50 worth of Cash Miles, so an 18.3% savings)

McDonald's $1 (plus tax) any size hot premium roast coffee (Feb. 5 to Mar. 4)

TouringTeg 02-02-2018 08:56 AM

Last couple weeks I have used the McDonald's mailer coupons at the kiosk. Had a weekly meeting/breakfast with a coworker and use the two can dine for breakfast and it says $7.98 on the coupon but always comes out about $6.00

Good deal for drink (coffee/juice), any breakfast sandwich and hash brown all x2!

YMMV

What's that in premium? I know premium to regular differences vary across stations/brands

At 121 litres, premium fill-ups would be excruciating!

McD's mailer coupons are out. Use app, so you can keep your backpack less cluttered. :troll:.

March 5th to April 15th.

hchang 03-07-2018 05:16 PM

Got some Wendy's coupons in the mail too don't thinj I've ever seen Wendys coupons before

MG1 03-07-2018 05:19 PM

Everyone's getting into coupons. They all come out of the woodwork when McD's does theirs.

Wendy's has never been known to do coupons, so I'm surprised.

MG1 03-08-2018 08:20 PM

Was going to reply to a post in another thread, but it's more suited in here.

Quote:

Once a week, a Big Mac is $1.00 if you use the on-line ordering offer via the app. Using the mailer coupons that just came out, or the app, a Big Mac Meal is $5.79.

OR, you can print them out at home. Here's the link.

Santouka half off ramen day is today. Went 40 minutes before opening and line up was ten people. Now it’s like a mile long. It’s on all day. I went to the Broadway location.

was planning to go, but saw the lineup and didn't bother

I went with two of my kids and it was a good reason to spend some time with them. Don't judge, my friend. Besides, thread title..................

Also, you bothered to go and then decided the line up was too long knowing it would be long.............. at least I knew the line up was long and went early to avoid the long line up. Hee hee, hue hue, pew pew.

god bless......

They don't do it as often or even as long as McDonalds has but they've been doing it for a long time. My parents house which is close to the Marine Drive location has been getting them for quite a while.

Were they valid at "participating restaurants" or Marine Drive location only?

States valid only at participating Wendys restaurants in BC.

MG1 - Luckily my mom doesn't use it so I jack it every time and where I live now by PNE I guess I'm a little too far from the Granview location to get coupons

mk1freak 03-14-2018 01:07 AM

@mg1 Prime video ...i binge watch on Prime as well..so its worth it. and you can install the app on the media box/phone. havent used it much on pc but i think its just like netflix and watch through browser.

binged watched bosch and waiting for the dam prime original Jack Ryan series to drop. Jean-claude van johnson was hilarious and there's more on there i enjoyed like American Gods.
AFAIK unlike netflix user limit i dont think there's no limit to who can be watching as long as they have your login. BUT i havent tested it to be sure. I do know my 2 sisters and brother use my login but idk if they're on the same time.
