I must say that I'm pretty impressed with how often 7-11 app offers free coffee. This was another free small any hot drink week. Ends tomorrow.

Halloween chocolates at Costco. $8.00 off, making it $11.99 for 120 Nestle chocolates (Smarties, Aero, Coffee Crisp, Kit Kat). That’s ten cents each. I saw them at the Willingdon Costco. Fucking hell, I got the same thing for $4.00 off a couple of weeks ago. Well, gonna go see the folks at the return desk. No receipts or product needed. Just my membership card. I love Costco for ease of returns and price adjustments. I can even return stuff I’ve purchased in the US.

Plus, they give you any manufacturers rebates at point of sale. No need to mail in anything. I purchased Michelin X ice i3’s and got 12% in CT money. Digital, of course. Six months ago, I purchased a Dyson when it was $100.00 off, plus 30X CT money, and no interest 24 equal payment plan.

Also try to buy SportChek gift cards at a discount when they are on sale. Then go into the store and combine multiple ones because I think you can only use a maximum of 2 gift cards for online payment. Combine that with coupon codes and or sales and you save even more money.

My Escort 9500ix died on the way to Bellingham about 80 or so days ago. I was about to look for a radar detector when I saw one that day at Costco. 299.99 USD. Not bad, I thought to myself. Yesterday, I was at the same Costco when I saw it on sale for 249.99. I was like, what???? I go talk to customer service and they tell me that I need the receipt. Not only that, if it was purchased 30 days or more ago, it’s a no go. Goddamnit, I thought to myself. Then this big bald guy says, “Just Buy one and return it today. You’ll get the lower price.” Anyway, long story short, it worked! It was like returning the old one at full price and getting the lower priced one.

The radar detector was an Escort/Passport iX.

If you bought one on the spot then you'd purchase one at get a receipt for one at $249.99

How would you be able to return it at $299.99 even if you had the original receipt, since you mentioned that its a no go if over 30 days???
