Limit of 4 online. |
Just had one of them chicken pot pies. It's actually pretty good for what it is. $1.49. Can't beat that. |
Sad to hear, but Bed Bath & Beyond is closing all its stores in Canada. If any of you have gift cards or rewards, you have until March 8th!!! to redeem them. https://www.bedbathandbeyond.ca/?RID...01841&jb=34011 10 - 30% off the lowest ticketed prices. Bed Bath & Beyond was the best place to get Sodastream CO2 cartridges. Nowhere else could you get them at 20%, sometimes 25% off with coupon. At one time, they were out of stock on them. I stacked and got a further $5.00 off. CFO committed suicide due to company losses. Damn............. I thought only the Japanese did shit like that. https://www.ctvnews.ca/business/bed-...cide-1.6056773 https://nypost.com/2022/09/07/bed-ba...efore-suicide/ EDIT: this guy jumped. Traditional suicide method. Hara Kiri. The real way to commit suicide. Also, it's Hara (stomach) Kiri (cut) not hari kari (hairy keri).......... white guys................ nuff said. |

$1.49 Day Tuesday, back again this coming Tuesday March 7th https://www.saveonfoods.com/sm/picku...81/dollar49day |
With all the money they spent on T-Shirts for staff and all the advertising, it's makes sense that it's going to be a bi weekly occurrence. Looking forward to it. They even do the $1.49 Day jingle in the advertisement. I guess since Woodwards is gone, there's no copyright? |
Went to Bed Bath and Beyond this afternoon. What waste of time. They had signs like “Everything Must Go!” and, “ Nothing Held Back.” Most items were 10% off. I just walked out after a good laugh. |
Worse deals going bankrupt than before with their 20% off coupons lol. |
Only been to a BB&B once or twice and thought everything was way overpriced. |

Was at Superstore on Grandview Hwy this morning with the family. Right at the entrance is this display of Nestlé Turtles. $3.99. MSRP is like $13.99 (not that anyone sells them for that much). Limit of 6. Well, I give cookies to workers at the cemetery, municipal workers, technicians at the dealership, etc. I'm known as the Cookie Monster, gulolol. Anyway, I also saw After Eight's for $2.00 each. What the hell? I don't like them, but other people do. I get three of those. After paying for the stuff, I see that I received 10,000 points for the Turtles. That's $10.00 worth of points. Damn!! My $24.00 purchase turned out to be $14.00. WIN!!! |
$1/49 Day this coming Tuesday. Here are the deals............... Sorry...... link no work. Click on link that takes you to the $1.49 day page. https://www.saveonfoods.com/sm/picku...E&gclsrc=aw.ds |

^ did you check expiry date? They love to blow out things that are expired although not sure it matters THAT much on instant noodles. |
Airmiles is going to file for bankruptcy. If anyone still holds a balance, go redeem it like yesterday before they maybe go poof. |

Oh damn I've been collecting air miles with Shell.... Site seems to be down now. I think everyone is swamping the site. |
Got through and redeemed 95% of my air miles for a Garmin health watch. Let's see if it will actually go through or if I will get a 'Sorry bleh bleh bleh... ' email tomorrow. |
Just got off the phone with an “ambassador”. That’s what they’re called. Sounded really cute, btw. Anyhow. Airmiles Canada is not the same as the US Airmiles. Their site being sporadic is causing alarm. Just to be safe, I’ll try redeeming my miles when the panic dies down. No FOMO here on my end. |
Lol, just remembered one of those appliance radio ads. Grandpa and Olivia. The little girl everyone wants to Falcon Punch. In her annoying, shrieking voice she tells grandpa about FOMO. Later in the ad, grandpa says MOFO. Like W-T-F? That’s like Christie Crunch saying she’s a MILF. Lady, do you know what that stands for? |

K, that's confusing. There was a part of me that thought ... what if the rumour was started by Airmiles to get people to clear or redeem their collected Airmiles for stuff. Not sure how reliable this source is - https://princeoftravel.com/news/air-...or-bankruptcy/ |
This article says Canada https://news.bloomberglaw.com/bankru...kruptcy-filing |
