I usually just get a mcdouble and add an extra patty for $1.50 nowadays to get it just under $5 tax-in.
Wow my local McDs extra patty is still just $1.
I've been doing a dirty bulk the last few months, and so I would once in awhile get a McDouble + Extra Patty. But then I noticed that a Double Hamburger was cheaper than a McDouble. I didn't need the extra fat/calories from cheese and so I went with Double Hamburger + Extra Patty.
However recently I noticed they raised the price of the Double Ham, and that the McDouble was actually 10 cents cheaper than a Double Ham. So I switched back to the McDouble + Extra Patty lol.
However, I just started my cut now so no more triple patty "snacks" anymore

BBQ Season, plus long weekend…………
Safeway has Canada Grade AA Capless Prime Rib on sale for $10.88/lb with Scene Card or $11.99 without Scene Card. The price is same for steak or roast. Sale started Thursday and ends on Wednesday. I’m hoping they’re out of stock, so I can get rain check (good for 30 days or so), then get some at another location for this weekend.
EDIT: Not to be outdone, looks like Superstore has Strip Loin Grilling Steaks Canada AAA Western Beef on sale for $9.99/lb. Different cut and grade........... hmmmmm..............
Should check out the price of Flat Iron Steaks at Kim's Mart. I love Flat Iron.........

Safeway has Nestlé Mini Chocolate bars for pretty good price this week. $12.99 for box of 100. Need to have a Scene card. All frugal Asians should have this card, amiright?
regular price is $21.99.
Costco had their 130 count box on sale for $19.99. regular price of $25.99. Quick asian math..............

LOL, Costco now has the 130 count box of chocolates on sale for $16.79. That makes it awfully close to Safeway’s price. Who says Costco doesn’t price match. Hee hee……….
