thanks for the help guys. i really appreciate it. lot of seller's have been dodging my text messages because i simply asked them to purchase insurance for a day since they're relatively cheap..

Don't buy without test driving or getting it inspected!! The sellers are stupid for being too cheap to insure for the day. It'll ultimately be their loss for missing out on your business. I spent quite a bit for temp plates hen I was selling my car!

YOU the interested buyer is NOT responsible for buying the insurance and I would not even look at a used car I could not test drive. I would call them and say that this is THEIR responsibility and ask if they were even serious about selling their car.
