My car's rear glass shattered about 3 months after I got the car, and no hot water was thrown on the window :/ For my case I'm thinking something to do with the sudden change in temperature, and I guess my mom closed the door a bit hard which shakes the car and that would cause the glass to shatter? Just a wild guess though
