Thanks Skiipi. I was there around 8:30 but you guys were out of the S19 helmets. I saw they had some in Richmond. What do you think of this helmet?

Great if they fit u
Due to the 1 piece design, adjustability is limited
So if it doesn't fit u perfcectly, its not good.
The 11K is almost as light, but offers way more adjustability.
I'm waiting to see the Re-akt before I decide on a new helmet
I personally like the 11K the best so far.

I just remember there was that tall asian guy who was helping an asian kid and his mum with helmets.
He seemed somewhat insightful though he said he hadn't worked in a while and wasn't sure what was coming in in the near future. =(

Thanks Skiipi. I ended grabbing an 11K helmet. It fits really well. Even better than my current 6K.
And I managed to find some UA stuff that was already marked down.

I think I saw you at Metro. I was there around 5 pm in the blue shirt.

I know the last one just ended, but any ballpark figure date as to when to expect the next one?

I just tried on the Re-Akt, and it was the worst mistake of my life. Now I can't stop thinking about it (or the price tag)

Tried one on today too and I am very impressed with the comfort and the fit. Maybe at the next F&F sale... pretty sure all the other retailers carrying this product won't discount it.

Doesn't team assist coupons have one thats 25% ticket price on Footwear and Apparel on items not marked down?

Also how do you use them?

If anyone wants any team assist coupons PM me I got like 30.

Yes, but a hockey helmet is not considered footwear or apparel
Team assist coupons are the cloest thing to friends and family.
Almost as good, except for the big hardgoods purchaes, but if u get the 5% kickback + the 20% off coupon, its almost the same

How it works is when u and your team buys stuff, ask the cashier to scan your team card first. At the end of the calendar year, the office will see how much your team spent total at sportchek, and give you 5% kickback onto a giftcard for future "team" purchases.

Problem is, many people abuse this program and sign up for this by themselves without an acutal team, and get 30 sets of coupons all to themselves.some revisions are coming, ie a team much spend $1000 a year or smth like that to qualify for program....not hard for a real team of 15+ players, but more of a challenge for 1 individual.
