I was wondering will the police ticket you for...
Waiting at the red light. Let say someone at the passenger seat texting, and he/she shows you something on his/her cellphone. You are not using and not holding the cellphone. Both your hands are on the wheel. |

what does it matter who's phone it is? A PHONE is in your hand while you are driving. they just check whomever the phone belongs to.
well maybe you could set your phone on fire and stomp on it a few times before the cop grabs it... |

You'd think they'd dress up more like real homeless. Putting a hoodie over your head makes you a homeless dude or panhandler? I could spot that clone a mile away.

Your built-in GPS system isn't a portable electronic. | That's weird what if I have a portable GPS system then? I dont' see any difference between the two.....

all entries on any gps unit should be done while not moving, so if your making adjustments on your portable gps then that should warrant a violation ticket.
