Taipei . The famous North Lin Shen road.

You will need hook up for entering or else you might get ripped off. 40 bucks Canadian per hr includes all you can drink alchol and the girl you pick. The room came with karaoke system and fancy washroom. Some even came with disco light. I assure you will have a good time
They go full naked and if you stay for 2 hr or up. Good thing happen if you know what I mean.
It's worth to check it out but make sure you get someone that knows the way

It's a 7 Or 8 blocks street full of these type of places.

Only if you're flying into TSA. Nothing if it's TPE.
It takes at least an hour bus/taxi from TPE to the city. X2 for return. Not worth the hassle. I normally just head straight to the lounge.

Shit, my layover is at TPE lol
Is there at least anything interesting to eat at the airport?

Get out of the city. Take the train to Hualien (~2hrs).
Then rent a scooter to cruise along the Taroko Gorge.
It was quite...an...experience :D
