Theres a guy with a white STi, who comes in pretty often. Loud exhaust, asian guy with glasses, works at NCIX. I think you might know him  |

Not sure about now, but before, we would degrease the rim/tire and get the brake dust off with wash mitts. Then when its time for final drying, someone goes over the rims and tries to remove what they can and apply tire shine.

also i got a paint damage on my hood, will the special touch up fix it? :s its from the previous owner being a dumbass and not cleaning the bird poop off it until it was too late..

I really gotta get different pads, the OEM pads dust like crazy.. and I hate taking a toothbrush to clean the spokes within the spokes. lol

I use a toilet brush, I'm probably going to replace my pads with Ferodo DS2500's when they are worn out, less dust, more performance!

Visited the place on Sunday,
Decent wash job, wheels nicely cleaned, good vacuum job the carpets and all weather mats. But didn't get some dried poop of my glass, didn't wipe down my front dash either.
Also saw a crv getting towel dried by the exit, the guy drops the towel on the ground. He picked it back up and continued to wipe down the car using the dropped side. I cringed.
