What are the major pros and cons?

I'm making the jump today... it was a tough call, but the $29 plans from wind was insanely tempting! What finally sealed the nail in apple's coffin was the fact that ios6 lost street view when they decided to go with apple maps. Today my coworker told me that once he upgraded to ios6, his non apple speaker dock gave the message that the accessory is not authorized and it won't charge off it anymore :okay:

Having a hard time trying to figure out why CWM disappears after a restart.

If i do a battery pull after flashing, it works fine. After i do a restarted without battery pull, it's gone.
