^ I don't know dude... the button looks like it dosen't really want to be there...

well... how long until all the SGS3 features get ported to GNex?

Recon604 05-03-2012 11:23 AM

only two colours: Blue and White, I guess because the official colours of samsung r white and blue.

I wanted black, hope the blue is actually more darker than in the photo

hamsup 05-03-2012 11:27 AM

I thought the specs would be a bit more impressive.... hm..
i thought it would of have at least a better camera.

MarkyMark 05-03-2012 11:29 AM

Not super impressed by anything, would have thought they would have at least made the design nicer, or better materials but I guess Samsung will be cheap plastic forever

StylinRed 05-03-2012 11:30 AM

rather Ho Hum no? guess the OneX will be the more popular droid device this generation

and 4.8" i dunno how ppl can stand such huge devices

feels like im holding my gfs purse in my hands

MarkyMark 05-03-2012 11:39 AM

The only real benefits I see over the One X are a removable battery and expandable memory, the rest looks like a bunch of software features i'll rarely use. And can they get over the stupid talking to your phone features, I can usually do everything faster by hand without looking like a tool who talks to his phone

jeff19 05-03-2012 11:52 AM

Theres a notification led. Theres a settings option for it

c3m 05-03-2012 12:09 PM

Feels like an Apple commercial
and at the end...

"Designed for Humans"

You don't say?

If you watch this video:
Samsung Galaxy S III preview: hands-on with the next Android superphone (video) -- Engadget

You'll see that the pebble blue is more black then blue. Which for me is disappointing since I really liked the blue they used in the ads.

And as others have said, this is essentially a prettied up galaxy nexus.

On the other hand, I can't wait until the galaxy nexus is dirt cheap:fullofwin:

jeff19 05-03-2012 12:18 PM

^lol the video popup play thing looks like a complete copy of Stickit

areyez 05-03-2012 12:23 PM

not feeling the pebble blue color...why no black :(

Recon604 05-03-2012 12:33 PM

not bad, i like it a lot better now. Its not even tat blue, dark blueish. Ill get it =)

PornMaster 05-03-2012 01:23 PM

Its not just about the looks....

quad core 1.4
2100 battery
great software?

boom

Psykopathik 05-03-2012 01:30 PM

not enough for me to switch from my Note.

Tim Budong 05-03-2012 02:18 PM

Specs wise..on par with OneX
Seems more featured driven than anything.. make sense, sell innovation rather than a super spec'd out phone

I hate touchwiz with a passion, I think its ugly. S-Voice is neat.. but aside from that, nothing makes me want to leave my Nexus

mr_chin 05-03-2012 02:22 PM

most important question, how is the battery compared to s2? with some games running in the background now (ie draw something, hang with friends, etc.) my battery drains like mad.

DanHibiki 05-03-2012 02:25 PM

I don't liek the blue. It'd be sick if u could get it in Canuck colors :tears:

So you hate Touchwiz and Sense.. I think you should stick with Nexus only :P

I know of SenseUI integration with things

TouchWiz, not liking it too much either.

MarkyMark 05-03-2012 04:06 PM

Well were going to get the dual core snapdragon processor arent we? So it's going to be pretty much the same as the OneX for performance
