so i had an x-ray a year ago and told i had scoliosis. It didnt really bother me so i didnt pay attention to it. lately my back has been getting constant tension and stress, especially on the left side. I go through the day having the annoying tension on my left side and its starting to really take a toll on my everyday life. Tonight i checked my back in the mirror and to my surprise my left side has a big hump! im really worried right now as to what is happening to my back. i was wondering if any RS members here are experienced with scoliosis or have knowledge of it. I would appreciate the help.
i am 30 and yes i do work out. i guess thats how i look at it on the bright side as well is that i dont have kyphosis. although im still worried that i have a lump on my back. im hoping its fixable.
