Where to get good affordable tires

Hi there

I just bought a 2000 prelude and realized the tires are completely done. I can literraly see the radial wires. This was an unexpected cost therefor im looking for a place that sell sets of tires at a good price.

I've always had great prices and service at Big-O-Tires in Chilliwack. Barry (the owner) has hooked me up a few times, and also has helped a number of my family members and friends. Price was VERY close to US Tirerack prices, and he offers lifetime re-balancing, and flat repair.
He also deals in used tires. I know because I sold him my Sumotomo 18's from my TSX.
Great to be able to support a locally owned business, and get a great price!

Alpi's in surrey has pretty good used tires if your not wanting to spend too much. Picked up a set of continentals for 180 bucks with 70% tread

Best deal I've found was from Costco in Washington.

iirc, stock 5th gen Lude tires are 205/55/16, unless there's a reason they're lower profile (ie. low offset, slammed, etc)

You could always find good used tires too.. Kijiji or Craigslist... Some people get rid of their tires prematurely and there is still a ton of thread left.

throw me a pm, got my sport tires which have been awesome in rain and dry, also very quiet. Quite comparable to most expensive sport tires out there. Got all four for 320-340 something after tax for 16 inch rims.

Check out discount tires direct on ebay. They got a promo $100 visa prepaid when you buy 4 tires.

Shipping in the US is free. Picked up a set of altimax arctics for $450 ($350 after discount) shipped to PR. Tirerack is actually a bit cheaper but shipping kills the deal.

I see some sets you can pick up for 2xx (after discount)

10/10 tires is not bad. Volco tires on bridgeport is a distributer for them.
