Directly from Cobb, or sometimes ebay.

Other good sites are:

StreetUnit.com - Premier MAZDASPEED Performance Specialists

Revolution Performance Motorsports - Online Store

I've purchased all my speed3 parts online.

corksport.com
cobbtuning.com
streetunit.com
edgeautosport.com
tirerack.com

Once you have a Cobb AP, check these local guys for a tune Stratified Automotive Controls
Lex has a very good reputation on mazdaspeedforums.org

street unit is sick. also check out

sureperformance.com

their stuff is absolutely legit and it seems like they spend a lot of R+D and time in quality of their products. if youre willing to take it up to rocket rally, they can do dyno tuning for your car and make a custom AP map. best of luck!
