build thread: http://www.revscene.net/forums/68629...ml#post8286641

either i spend 100$ for an inovative bracket for the front tranny mount to mount to the traction bar or i spend $10 in metal and an hour or so of my life! hmmm

Basically did a PDI on my own car after work cleaned it to showroom condition, including clay barring it which no one has ever done in the 9 years ownership lol. The paint is still in great condition for a 9 year car with close to 250,000kms. Fallout was nowhere near as bad as some of the new cars I have to work on.

I can now effortlessly glide my hands over the paint, smooth as butter

Washed car .. decided it could use a good polish, glaze and wax. Tried to do it by hand .. gave up after the hood

Hood is so shiny though

Thx man! I'm waiting for my diffusers ATM lol. My vent covers has some gaps do you know if silicon glue is best option to seal those? thinking of some kind of heavy duty glue but future removal will damage my paint?

Nice, shoes are always nice :]

Hopefully the sides and rears you end up getting aren't too crazy; the 4th gens have such nice body lines from the factory.

how much you selling for??

ps here is what was done to my car last night!

chopped up my lower rad support, made brackets for the half rad and welded them to the traction bar! if some of you are not aware ef/ed have a very short rad and little clearance under the hood so swapping in a half rad of almost any kind doesnt fit too well..

also discovered my downpipe is nowhere close to fitting so that will be cut up and made to fit this week

and again.. one step forward and two steps back, while the new mount that i made for my car was off i was rocking the engine and noticed a "clanking" sound... sure enough my rear engine mount is pretty much non existent! the main bolts holding it down were stripped and the mount itseft had a huge crack around the bolts..
