Provided there's no accidents, that's a good price. Congrats.

There's one claim for 395
Car had it's transmission fluid and front brake pads replaced
The detail job was half arsed, and was that way when I got there
but ended up getting the car for below cost (y) (10321+395 doc fee)

Topped up fluids.

k2damax 08-21-2013 09:24 PM

Gave her a full detail

mk1freak 08-21-2013 10:37 PM

stared at her for a good hour today.......just imagining how low she used to be. :okay:
testfit the rear glasswing and trunk lip again while i was at it.....she needs more low.

well at least there's going to be next spring's build (can we say air ride on 20s?)......if we weren;t expecting again (twins again of all things!)
the ride would be all nice and show ready now.
at least my aftermarket KDM lights are still on :fullofwin:

Got some air freshener refills, and worked on the blow off valve a little bit.

Took it out, disassembled it and painted it. The red doesn't look good in this engine bay, and I'll have the pipes done properly when I upgrade the intercooler.

http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/k...ps690c11ec.jpg

Also clocked the top half of the BOV so it's easier to route the hose, still need to tap another hose into the cold pipe on that second nipple. Once again, that'll happen when I get new piping on the new IC lol.

Ive been spending the past couple days restructuring and boxing the frame of a 36' ford sedan. Once I'm done that it'll be getting a 350hp chev 350 put in it and an IFS.

but in all seriousness, could it also be because how much you slammed the car? it does affect the axle's geometry as well.

LED fog lights. Didn't expect LED's to be so much brighter than halogens, they look like HID's but not as blinding.

Very possible. I destroyed both of mine after a few months of uber low in my Accord :lol

it does but it shouldn't snap it like that

tofu1413 08-23-2013 10:20 AM

torque and the geometry!

the development S30 Z's had vibration problems because of cv joints sitting at too much of an angle.. causes car shake.

The Prelude had been having shifter issues and finally was unable to get into 1st gear, and 2nd gear was barely accessible. Fiddled with the cables manually and still couldn't find first, want to take the cables out to see if replacing them would work and I noticed the one cable lost the C clip that holds the housing in place at the tranny end!

I wanted to know right away if that was the problem so I made my own clip out of some scrap metal, put the one from the interior on the tranny end and my homemade one on the interior end, boom all gears back to normal.
