^ the dip looks good. I have dipped both my summer and winter rims on my truck and it looks much better. Plus you can easily touch it up if needed.

After three weeks of not washing my car, I said screw the water ban and washed both my car and truck. When it cooled down, I gave the car a coat of Auto Glym HD Wax.

Goddamn it looks like ass but 3 days of highway/track driving might be better to play it safe. I used up a whole roll of painters tape and it wasn't really enough :/ too many weird curves

Put together my coilovers, decided against reusing my old oem top hat and got all new.
Now to decide to install now or wait till spring. =/

I didn't do it, but got a new ass and side skirts installed.

tofu1413 08-26-2013 06:51 PM

"road worthy" wheels? Lol. too much stretch?

jtrinh 08-26-2013 06:55 PM

my Vs-xx poke past the fenders after I raised it. Wouldn't be able to pass VI with them. lol
And my oem 17's have no tread on them.

fliptuner 08-26-2013 06:58 PM

It must feel like your driving on clouds now

FN-2199 08-26-2013 07:01 PM

^ I once changed the dampening on my suspension from the stiffest to the softest, and it was like driving on clouds :sweetjesus:

finbar 08-26-2013 09:20 PM

Reupholstered rear parcel shelf to flat black cloth to see out rear window in bright sun.
Too late, 13 months of rain is here.

Zedbra 08-26-2013 09:55 PM

Yesterday, despite a month long water ban, I finally washed then waxed my car. Today - it pours. Go figure. At least the water beads off nicely now.

elkayem 08-28-2013 06:34 PM

Waiting patiently for a shipment next week :ifyouknow:

Yes it needs to be lowered badly

underscore 08-28-2013 10:57 PM

Upgraded the rear spacers to 25mm:

https://fbcdn-sphotos-e-a.akamaihd.n...78600201_o.jpg

8mm spacers:

https://fbcdn-sphotos-d-a.akamaihd.n...39265305_n.jpg

25mm spacers (how it sits now):

https://fbcdn-sphotos-g-a.akamaihd.n...60176582_n.jpg

25mm + 8mm spacers

https://fbcdn-sphotos-c-a.akamaihd.n...47991366_n.jpg

Ignore the change in wheel gap, some of those pics were taken with the car still in the air. If nothing rubs under hard cornering with the 25mm then I might try the 25 + 8 = 33mm
