I was expecting maybe a VW pickup truck with a beer tap shifter and a roofrack with an old cooler on it?

This is true for a lot of SUV's at least IMO.

The MDX is bad, my FX is horrible, the CX7 and CX9 are appalling.

I think the problem is the fact that these rather large and heavy SUV's are being shipped with the same brakes as many of their smaller and lighter car counterparts.

I mean speaking just on my FX it has the same brakes as a 500-1000lb lighter G35... WTF?

on the subject of brakes, Accord brakes are always known to warp and fail, and if you ever look back at the history the size of the rotors have never increased since 1998, so that's why even 2013 accords can fit a 15" rim with out a problem. So time to upgrade and give me a lot more stopping power.

Stoptech 4pot 13" slotted

Those brakes won't clear the stock 16" rims.

Also, most base engine suv seems gets the sedan equivalent's brake, its when you buy the V8 or greater models do they upgrade the brakes.

I hope you don't put a roof rack on a caddy haha. I'd like one too though.

BABU 01-16-2014 04:44 PM

I was thinking metal work bars in the bed with wood slats on top, would that be too ridiculous? Not that I foresee a caddy in the near future..a bus though..could be coming soon

New front passenger window, thanks to some inconsiderate person for smashing our window in the early morning.

Would it seem a bit ricey installing a 2-way compustar with the blue led on a C300? LOL

You can use a different colour LED if you want. Most shops can get their hands on a variety of colours (I'm not a fan of the blue LED either)
