installed ARC intake. OEM center console and the rear of my TEIN coilovers on my van.

Need a spring compressor for the front... ugh.

Oh, and I picked up a X-Brace today for my car.
Looking to install it sometime next week together with my new wheel/tire combo.

A must for any E36. Good purchase! :)

Replaced the three fucked up wheel studs on my RC by stealing the old studs from a messed up hub I removed from my GTS like 5-6 years ago.

Being a packrat pays off!

Went snow hooning.

I'm going to unfortunately admit it here.
I have way more fun beating the shit out of my Winter/Daily 93 Corolla, than I do in the MR2.

I don't have to worry about:
- Speed bumps
- Potholes
- Parking lots
- Scratches
- Vandalism
- Theft
- Cops

I can go WOT just to get to 50, and apart from making noise, it doesn't get anywhere quick enough to get in trouble. Even on the highway, I can stand on the throttle and use all of the 60whp to make a bunch of noise and barely pass people.

The speedo/odo hasn't worked in ages, and I'm pretty sure the headgasket is on it's way out. Apart from making sure the brakes still work, all I have to do is fill it up and GO. Fuck warming up. The day the motor blows is the day I get an excuse to go buy a 4runner for work, and do a 20V swap on the HOrolla.

Factory ITBs? Fuckyeah.

Lowered_Klass 02-23-2014 08:19 AM

^ This.

You're not alone, when I had my turbo Teg, I never beat on it, was always careful with it... and although fun, I had a BLAST with my wife's old 97 Tercel.

That thing was a tin can, and we beat on that thing like rented mule. It never once let us down, and always came back for more. It had the black plastic bumpers, so we could ram shit and not worry about chipped paint. We got rediculous gas mileage with it too, considering how hard we were on it lol. We sold it a few years ago, and every now and then we STILL talk about the fun we had with it :)

What product did you use on the trim. Mines looking a little dull at the moment.

Usually most tire shine products works really well on black plastic trims.
That's what I used. I don't remember the brand I used as I used my buddy's shop supply.

March 23rd, UBCSCC Slush #5 Run 3 & 7 - YouTube

Your video makes me itch to get my car ready so I can AutoX again.
Haven't been since Dec.
Video description say March.23rd instead of Feb 23rd by the way.

duy- 02-24-2014 10:31 AM

im driving a delorean
weather was vicious, had 5 of us in a car with the heat blasting at one point but id do it again. barely any 240s, would be cool to see them get represented. seems like most autox is dominated by BMWs, subarus and civic ef
