Sounds like ICE BOY is on to something. Symptoms lead to a master or slave cylinder.

fliptuner 10-07-2014 08:56 PM

Yeah, probably just a hydraulic problem.

Follow up the clutch pedal to the back of the clutch master and see if it's seeping.

By no means a reason to sell it but hey, I'll buy your broken car if it's cheap enough. :considered:

One of my Nokya fog light bulbs just blew on me just 2 months of shy of 1 year usage. Now debating whether or not to get another set of Nokyas or pony up for something from The Retrofit Source Inc

That wasn't the set I sold you awhile back I believe :derp:

Nokya stuff is really hit or miss. Have had mine in my Element for close to a year now without any issues knock on wood. I run mine as DRLs too so they're really on all the time as long as the car is running.

It was actually. Refund? :suspicious:

LOL jokes aside though I ain't even mad cause I got them for under retail here. I've heard a lot of different things about the Nokyas from blowing out after a month to some lasting for a while like yours.

Most coloured bulbs are crap, I have no expectations for any of them lol as far as longevity goes. Thankfully most of them cost under $20 a set on eBay.

So I guess my Nokya bulb blew up my fog light lense too. Didn't even realize that this happened until I went to replace the bulb today. Looks like I might spring for a set of these instead if replacing the whole assembly costs too much Morimoto XB LED Fog lights

J.C 10-12-2014 06:04 PM

maybe a rock took the lens out

fliptuner 10-12-2014 06:46 PM

Looks like the bulb is still intact, so the fog lens was probably hit from the outside.

there was nothing seeping on the clutch pedal. did some temporary clutch line bleeding. clutch feels better and i am able to put the car into gear now.

fliptuner 10-12-2014 09:50 PM

Its possible that its leaking internally. But at least u know its not the clutch or tranny.

The_AK 10-12-2014 10:46 PM

Swapped out the fuel filter today. Fun job, just wish I had the new filter handy since I didn't expect that much gas to flow out
