Picked my car up from the body shop. Super happy with my colour choice after seeing it in person.

Valve adjustment on the Prelude ended up being a waste of time as they were all within spec, got to visually check the timing belt in the process at least. I lost a valve over washer though so now I have to hunt one down.

Failed attempt on test fitting a universal spacer to see how 10mm would look.lol

Sourced a legit black kidney grille's
Like with anything 2nd time around was a breeze no need for diy. haha

before dipped oem

after bmw performance

Now the boring and dreaded maintenance work.

Help my cousin tune up his car and bleed the brakes

Since i got a helper around mine aswell bleed the brakes on my rsx.
But first rear brakes needs replacing

Turns out its long overdue! Looks like a used engine oil

Then one of the bleeder valves is rusted out and need replacing luckily honda made it interchangable Used the one from my BB1 brakes

Thanks honda!

Thats more like it

I hate doing this stuff but its essential so its best to suck it up i guess.lol

Went to the tire shop to get one of the rear tire replace with a brand new tire that came with the car. Score!
I notice the shop weren't busy so i ask if i can do the job myself and still pay to shake of the rust since haven't done it in awhile.lol

Although the tire still had 20-30% left it was a good decision since the inside has a crack!
Spoiler!

And i always thought its not good to patch a run flat tire maybe thats why it cracked
Spoiler!

Added wheel spacers 15mm front 10mm rear

And BMS oil catch can

Plastic pile

Plastic cover has to be modified

Catch can is stealthy!

BRB of to the insurance place!

With the catch can so buried how do you check it/empty it?

Jackp0t has a N54, but it should be similar to a N55. I have the same brand CC as he has and I can say the catch can for the N55 is accessible and removable, albeit, tight. Plus it does not get full, so draining it once a year is more than enough.

Yup the same catch can but mounted on a different spot

My Initial thought was im gonna have to keep removing the cowl to drain/check it which is a pain.lol

But after installation

I was able to pull it from underneath!
Its a tight fit and the aftermarket intake played a big key.
Once i do the BOV mod the hose beside the catch can will be gone and it will be a breeze then

You can patch a rft provided it's in otherwise good condition

yep - patched the mini tire once, can be done like a normal tire as long as its not in the sidewall.
