I took mine out when I had the E36. They really wear your syncros out faster, especially in stop and go conditions.

I dont see how the clutch stop can shorten the life of the syncros when all its doing is just stopping the clutch pedal from pressing all the way in.
The clutch engagement is still the same so mechanically wise nothing has change.

With the short shifter i can see that happening as your are altering a direct component

Edit:
Atleast in my honda that is

Great choice with the K24. Emilio over at 949 Racing seems to regret choosing a K20 with all the extra work needed. I wish I could afford this swap! Actually, I wish I could even afford to hire Chikara for their services!

Installed some 15x8 rims with 4" backspacing on my CR-V. Got some poke now. Probably a little to much once I lower it. Oh well I guess I'll go Mexiflush for awhile until I find some different rims. Guess I'll use these for my winter rims and stick some taller tires for snow driving.

Berz out.

Choose the k24a2 from a tsx. Its more costly because you would have to get the engine harness and charge harness plus k20 oil pump.

One of the best Honda motors ever made, wouldn't settle for anything less myself! If you don't mind me asking, how much did the actual complete motor cost? Because I plan on swapping in the same motor in the not too distant future once my current K24A4 wears down.

It's on the opposite side of an island from where there used to be Ralph's.

- Osaka Japan Auto parts
- JK Auto parts.

Their usual turn around time for vehicles = fast.

I always bring enough cash around so that whenever I drive nearby, I always swing by and happen to acquire nice parts whenever I need certain.

i took some pics but lazy to upload,

did new rotors and pads all around and a new caliper (one was seized)

also replaced axles because boots were toast and when i took the driver out it fell apart completely.

now my car vibrates under load until about 60km/h.. .fcking lordco axles will see about replacing them/exchanging and maybe going oem route if i have too

its a little annoying doing maintenance to make something better only to have it seem worse.

on the bright side, my car stops on a dime! inb4 i make a thread about being rear ended..

Bought gas cans because the car is a gas guzzler

Then went down the border to gas up

Got about 24 gallons / 91 litres of gas and saved about 30$+

According to this i get about 450km per full tank so
Thats about the same as my 21 years old 2.2l honda.lol

No garbage bags?!!?!?

Oh man, I hate those jerry cans - slow as fuck. Do stores no longer carry ones with a separate vent?

I use those cans to fill up with E85, yes they are slow. I think the only one crappy tire sells with the vent is the narrow jeep 4x4 style one.

I know it might be inconvenient.. but do strap down flammable liquid in your trunk.. you are probably a safe driver but if you get rear ended...
