Wait, you got an alignment before adjusting the height? And you're getting the coils adjusted at the dealership?

Dude!?!?? :fulloffuck:

Dude!?!?? :fulloffuck:

Rear camber was -5.5 degrees, ride height changes drastically visually when it gets aligned to -1.7 degrees . Also, the toe was not able to be adjusted properly because one of the toe adjuster screws was seized, so I'm returning there anyway. Did not expect rear ride height to change so drastically, went from a two finger gap to a fist gap somehow...

Also why not, they all know what they're doing right mb :troll:

fliptuner 10-06-2015 10:01 PM

Remember when I told you your uneven tire wear was due to toe, worn bushings and/or shocks?

dared3vil0 10-06-2015 10:07 PM

Frankly? If the fist gap you're talking about is in the picture of it on the hoist, that looks 100x better than before.

Actually as I found out today it was due to my rear camber arms being hand tightened and the bolt all loose and dangling around while I was driving  no idea how that happened

Also the rear looked so low with -5.5 camber compared to now with -2 without adjusting the ride height because I was also on 20mm spacers, so I need to adjust the rear down a bit to match the front now that there's no more stancenation or 20mm spacers

tried these out and holy cow, these are great! definitely not your average gypsy kwan-do LED with stupid beam spreads... they really did good research in developing this bulb... it is slightly brighter than stock - excellent brake effect so it brightens up quite a bit when applying brakes - with an estimated 12yr lifespan. it is somewhat dependent on your housing of course....but if you're looking to equip red tail lights (not signals) with LEDs, these are excellent.

Canadian tire has them for $30 / pair.

Do they make them in a 3157?

thumper 10-07-2015 08:36 AM

will these bulbs trigger a bulb failure warning?

Acura604 10-07-2015 08:37 AM

I have NO errors on my dash at all... these are good to go/ p0lug n play...but different models may be affected. I read some random reviews where some people needed some sort of resistors. I didn't need any in the new acura.

the only install advice I have is if you plug it in and something doesn't work, flip it the other way and try it...that solves it.. re: polarities.

they have all sizes as per the link below.

FYI TSS sells them as well. I have them for my DRL's and license plate which use 194 blub. I like the warmish white light they output versus the blue-ish tinge of generic/ebay bulbs.

hey can you tell me which DRL Phillips you use and if you needed resistors? thanks.

jcmaz 10-07-2015 10:52 PM

I use the Philips interior 194/T10 bulb, Amazon.com: Philips 194 Bright White Interior Vision LED light (Pack of 2): Automotive. My car, 05 Lancer Ralliart, does not need resistors.

I would have gotten a picture of the rear as well, but the photo came out blurry.

Replaced cabin air filters...ew! AC was smelly and musty, good maintenance thing to do if you think of it! Especially with the wet season coming, you don't want to be breathing in that mouldy crap...

Thomas is the best. Great guy and reliable product. I got bulb from him for all my cars. Some been on for a few years, none ever burn out. Cheap stuff I get online and auto store at Aberdeen burn out after a while.
