What do you guys use for cleaning the inside of the windows? My new windshield looks almost greasy at night on the inside, and the rear windows are covered in dog nose marks. |

I did have a problem with puddling in the spare well last winter only. Whole rain season went back to normal dry though so maybe the temps caused the tail light gaskets to shrink |
I use a similar product in the cabin and trunk to trap moisture related to humidity. I would NOT count on it to fix puddles from gasket leaks. |
They sell them at daiso for $2 a pop. |

Do you smoke? the smoking tar leaves a sticky/greasy residue on the windows |

If your car is relatively new/has leather dash, supposedly the sun reflecting the dash puts a greasy layer on your windshield. Don't remember which but some channel on youtube explained it really well. Degrease using a alcohol/water mixture then go for your favorite window cleaner, follow up immediately with a clean dry microfiber. |
^ Are you talking about this video? He also explains that using a dashboard cleaner or wipes (like the armorall wipes) can evaporate and leave a greasy layer on your glass. I actually used this guy's advice to clean my windows recently (granted I skipped some steps, since I'm driving a beater right now). Dirty windows bug me. But like some have said, the best way to keep it fog free is to keep your window clean. You don't really need an anti-fog. |
Has anyone experienced marring, etching or streaking on the exterior of their windshield? I've been trying to get it off for years and I'm ready to buy a new windshield. Maybe from car wash chemicals? Acid rain? Its weird as the cars paint doesn't have anything like it. I've tried claybar, 0000 steel wool and I'm considering wet sanding as a last ditch effort before I just buy a new one. |

I did purchase a glass polish kit to try to get rid of it (before it cracked, and now i have to replace it lol) i'd say it had a very minimal improvement, if any. Perhaps with extremely light scratches it would work. The only outcome on my car was the glass was extremely clean and the water beaded off very nicely. But still the streaks/scratches were present! You're welcome to borrow the kit and try if you'd like. I'm not sure if deeper streaks could be rid of by professional polishers or may be replacement only. It did get quite warm on the glass as i was polishing it. |
I've heard of guys using jewelers polish (rouge) with a PC, then moving up to a finer, glass polish. |
Marring in the same shape as the sweep of wipers? Streaking in particular spots, but the same spot every time? |

2 Attachment(s) Replaced the factory horrible Aston super heavy OEM clutch and flywheel with a V12 twin plate clutch and lightweight flywheel (5lbs lighter). I can't believe how much more driveable the car is now. I went from a 5.0L mustang feeling clutch to a Honda Civic light clutch. Car is way more responsive, shifts faster, and just feels allot more nimble now. Best upgrade in a long time. |

^ sorry my man, I have no skills! haha! |
Added an MPT tune to the truck... According to MPT it now makes 433whp, and 446wtq. And yes, it feels like it. It's a complete monster. I ran an MPT tune in the Mustang for 90,000km and had no issues, so fingers crossed for the truck! |
Installed the raptor steering wheel and harness for the paddle shifters to work on my f150. https://i.imgur.com/Flfpgzch.jpg And a new grille too. https://i.imgur.com/AiWKRbSh.jpg |

What are the chances that this will hold for 5km to get me to the shop? https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...10c68ce515.jpg Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk |
What is it? Is it under pressure? How much? |

But there's 3 cracks in all three of the bends. I couldn't get it off the radiator to replace it with the new hose, so I'm hoping duck tape will hold until I get to the shop. In another misfortune, I just found out that my taillight harness is melted/broken. I replaced all the lights, but it's still not lighting up. Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk |
New pads and rotors https://preview.ibb.co/dAgi6R/IMG_9660.jpg And winter mode. G37XS wheels with Falken snowies https://preview.ibb.co/eMH1t6/IMG_9659.jpg |
2 Attachment(s) Technically it hasn't been done yet, but I'm bending the rules here. :p Christmas came early today, thanks to a large order I've been expecting from Rock Auto. Among the goodies are a completely new A/C system (new compressor, expansion valve, receiver drier, condenser, full o-ring kit and belt w/installation tool), half-shaft for my driver's side, LCA for my passenger side, new pads and rotors for all four corners (along with a rebuild kit for one of my rear calipers), rear shocks, spark plugs, bulbs, oil filter, and wipers. All for a first gen Mz3 GT hatchback. And that's on top of replacing the water outlet that blew into a million pieces the first night I drove the thing. Got this car for dirt cheap from my brother a couple months ago at least. I love him but boy does he not take care of his cars lol. I'm sure as I delve into the engine bay and under the car, I'll find more things I'll be needing to order. Which reminds me, I need replacement bulbs for the HVAC controls. :( |
