Give us a demo then bud. We're all far too much of a pussy to do it properly.

Can't, the car won't start.

So I guess we don’t have a “what you just got in the mail” thread eh? Guess this will have to do.

Neoprene Coilover sleeves, the Quaife LSD and my carbon fibre trunk!

3 way gravel spec coilovers installed. Still in storage on my track wheels so don’t think I can get to tuning/adjusting any time soon. Previously I was on oem shocks/springs with 30mm strut spacer kit. As it sits right now, the rear is as low as possible. The front is as low as possible via shock body adjustment, and spring preload was set to ~+5mm prior to install. So it’s as low as can be while maintaining full shock travel.

Definitely needs an alignment, and I’ll need to either raise the rear or lower the front. But progress! Slowly but surely. (Orange before, bronze after). Driving home I could hit speed bumps at 70 and not even feel them, even with the track tires on.

I finally cleaned the residue from the previous owners N magnet bag off the rear window. I've owned the car since spring 2011. Shows how many fucks I give about cleaning lol.

Ahhh 8-10cm of snow tonight. Put the Mustang away for the year unfortunately. Something distinctly flat plane crank is on order, so likely the last drive of the car. :okay:

Stretchy shoes

320icar 11-13-2019 06:59 PM

Omfg please tell me that was just acetylene and not an oxy mix

fliptuner 11-13-2019 07:21 PM

I've been doing this for ages. Mainly in the bush, on backhoes and skidders but same theory applies. Honestly, there's no advantage to adding oxy.

Also, more beer = more stretch.
