Finished up my exhaust and the complex tips. Could have just mounted the muffler an inch lower, but what’s the fun in that? https://i.ibb.co/x2rnPCH/53-BBB1-BB-...2-FE156-D9.jpg https://i.ibb.co/YNCz39G/503-C9515-7...26-A8-BDE9.jpg https://i.ibb.co/vjVrfmb/E9-C38-CDF-...98968718-F.jpg https://i.ibb.co/hRHbmXW/1-F64-E12-E...-AE5967786.jpg I’d hang this one on my wall. Digging the stacked tip Z432 look. |
Thanks. The idea was to put a little spin on the old “Ansa” tips of the 70’s. https://s.yimg.com/lo/api/res/1.2/XV...-41.jpg.cf.jpg |
Spotted you at MHB/Kingsway, turning towards Imperial Storage. She's looking good dude. |

I saw that car!¡! Was raked out, kinda copperish? |
Amazon cheap tire shine....why not...$7.90 on sale. After all we got 4 days of decent weather coming up. This stuff is not bad...spray it on. Let it sit for an hr. Drive. Didn’t sling and kept the shine on after the drive. https://i.imgur.com/q00qtSH.jpg https://i.imgur.com/yxfrZ6p.jpg |

Collector plates can be for modified cars pre-1974 as long as they pass a provincial inspection. |
I took the 18s off the mr2, stuck winter tires on them. Will raise up the tsx a little more and run them this winter. Did some cold temp warm up fuel adjustments to my Free EK project. |
https://i.imgur.com/LQSswae.jpg I washed my car and put it in hibernation indefinitely. My new job allows me to WFH and I can use the wife's car on the weekends... Not sure what to do when summer comes around. |

...Driving is also about pleasure, not just commuting. Long day of work, go for a nice drive to relax. |
Yeah, I was going to say the same thing. I'm in a similar situation (and also have a Fiesta ST), but every time I get behind the wheel I'm reminded of how much fun that car is to drive. |
God I want a white fiesta ST as a daily... |
Learned about this Turtle Wax Ceramic Spray from redflagdeals recently and picked up two bottles. Spent a few hours yesterday washing the e82, clay barring, and applying the ceramic spray all over including glass and wheels. Let it cure and applied another coat the next day. Hopefully that should last awhile, let's see if this spray is all that it's hyped up to be. |

First started with the Meguairs Spray.(https://www.amazon.ca/Meguiars-Hybri...4970960&sr=8-1) My god this stuff is too easy to apply. Literally spray on clean wet car and just rinse it off. It's honestly some witchcraft that somehow it adheres to the paint and creates some of the best dang water beading this side of mars. Now, I try to wash the car about once a month if I can. Lasts that long atleast, haven't gone any longer. I have a white car, non metallic so its not crazy shiny or anything but its all about that beading. Spray it on the wheels and it repels brake dust like wearing a neck-brace to your junior prom. On windows its just as good as applying Rain-X. I tried the Turtle Hybrid Ceramic Wax Paste next on the brothers car. https://www.amazon.ca/Turtle-Wax-534...4971157&sr=8-7 It's black, hasn't been properly washed or treated in atleast a year or two and the appropriate amount of swirls and micro-scratches. This one is supposed to be one-step polish and protection. Not as easy to apply, apply like regular wax but don't need no orbital polishers or anything and wipes off super easy. Both me and the brother weren't expecting anything crazy with a off-the-shelf product, especially one that is one-step. We were pleasantly surprised. Brought the shine back, got rid of quite a bit of the micro-scratches and still beads water like crazy. Now, it says its supposed to last up to a year but I highly doubt that. We'll see how it holds up this winter since he ain't paying me a dime to wash their car. Family amirite. TL;DR. I'm converted like a white shirt, grey pants, name-tag toting Jehovah's Witness strolling up into nobodies business. This stuff is the best thing to happen to the detailing world in a long time imo. |
The Turtle Carmic Wax mentioned above is great..I tried it on my old Pilot. Only con was it was very difficult to remove... left smudges in certain areas. Used a damp microfiber cloth and that seemed to get rid of smudges. Lasted at least 6 months, then sold the truck. Did hide some surface scratches. Meguires stuff I used on my Tacoma, very supreised at ease of application and the water bead. Been 2 months curious how long it will last. |

Nah, focus ST to focus RS. Will eventually want a replacement daily but will probably go auto for the lazy drives to work |
+1 also on the Turtle ceramic spray train. Clayed and applied on the wagon this weekend - will see how long it holds up. Sprayed the shower a few weeks back as a test - beading quite well still :lol |
^shower is what I want to use it for lol. |
