So my dad decided to spray some shit and it oversprayed all over my car . Sun baked it on afterwards and it ended up looking like this. All over the front end. (sorry for the poor photoskillz)
This is AFTER washing it.

1500Grit wet+3000grit wet sand

Compound polishing+deswirling+glaze+wax

Heres a side by side with the hood.

Fucked up while drilling the floor for the lift.

Might take even longer since I now need to get the section cut out, and filled.

FML.

Never do precision work with 2 hours of sleep.

It's not really that bad. I just feel like a fuckin idiot.
2 of the anchors on one side have more than 1/8th of play. Which just screams unsafe.

If anybody knows a concrete contractor, let me know.

Use a bigger anchor and enlarge the hole on the base.

There are lots of options other than cutting out and replacing a portion of the slab.

Hydraulic cement, epoxy, a larger anchor.

Would the patched hole be strong enough to be re-drilled and anchored?

I'm space limited, so the lift has to be in that particular spot.

There are epoxies designed to secure anchor bolts inserted into over sized holes into concrete. There are tolerance ranges, so if you choose to go that route ensure you're within them.

here's an example:
Ramset Australia

You could also get a female concrete anchor that will sleeve the hole, taking up the slack and allowing you to re-use what's existing.

Picked up my new wheels from Blaine over the weekend.
Then I went straight to my buddy's shop to get tires mounted and balanced.
Put on the first wheel on the front..........DIDN'T CLEAR THE CALIPER!!!!!!

I was so damn sure that +35 offset will clear.
on my part......

Now I need to get some spacers for the fronts.....5mm or 10mm.
Are the universal ones safe?

Universal are safe under 5 mm, but most likely they will vibrate if not hub centric

Yeah, that's what I was thinking too.
I just really don't want to go through all the work and change out the studs.
Not sure if it's possible to use 10mm spacers without changing studs?

^ not sure if they make 10 mm spacers with built in studs, if not get a set of 15 mm hub centric + built in studs
