Hmmm what about the opposite spectrum? Multi-spoke. BBS LM/LM-R is probably out of budget, but if you like Style 359s, how about 3-pc versions made by a local BMW guy? https://www.instagram.com/zeitgeist.automotive/
I was thinking the Style 763M/Apex VS5-RS/BBS FI-R would look pretty good on the A91, but it's definitely a more modern look.

Have you looked into Apex Wheels? They have a number of models with Supra fitment, and I think they all look great. |

I thought about BBS LM for awhile but they're so crazy $... I'm not sure I want to go Euro tuner on it, trying to stay somewhat true to the JDM side of the car, however shallow of a side that might be.
Several of the Supra guys run Apex wheels, I actually phoned Apex and asked them if they can do a 5x112 drilling of the ARC-8 (pictured below) as it doesn't come in that bolt pattern, but they said they don't / won't do custom drills. As it stands, they only have the one you posted available, which looks basically the same as the OEM wheel and 1 other. They're also only available in bronze right now........ BRONZE.... everyone has bronze lol
I have 2 wheels picked out right now, just working with the manufacturers to see if they can do the specs I am looking for and make a decision soon I hope!

I am running Apex for winters on my M3.
Maybe look for something in hyper silver? I had my T7 refinished in Hyper Silver by greens because I didn't like gun metal on LSB.
@69Style - would these work? I think they can customize the finish for you https://www.richlandforged.com/produ...&category_id=9 |

But for real, I get my shit from Overdrive because with two kids I can't be bothered to deal with the border anymore. The 2+ hours spent driving down, picking shit up, dealing with CBSA, and driving back home. I have better things to do.

For it to work, I also mostly make it happen on early Sunday mornings. Head down as early as I can wake up, and be done and back at home by no later than 10am so that all the usual Sunday family plans can still happen. Half the time my kid is still finishing breakfast while watching "Sunday cartoons".

I have many updates but I’ll save that for later. My biggest gripe with ford is the lack of corrosion protection! The chassis itself looks fantastic, but every single part bolted to it (suspension, brakes, subframes, control arms, sway bars, braces etc) are absolutely crusty and rusty to shit. It’s so frustrating as it makes the car look like a hunk of shit. |

I have better things to do. | Also if you factor duties/taxes and possible 'savings' from buying in the states... Overdrive ends up being cheaper, especially when they do sales or group buys. I'm sure there are other shops but their location, pricing, and ease of booking appointments make it the best (in my case)
Got a wicked deal on my AT3W from them last year. Even with a massive discounttire sale going on it was hundreds of dollars cheaper
On stuff I did to my car. For my M3 i ended up ordering a full belt/tensioner/cooling system refresh with a stewart water pump. Everyone said get an alum rad but my stock one lasted 22 years (2002 manufactured date sticker but installed 2015 (new in box)) and many many track days and autox... so I got an oem one. Too many recent horror stories of all the alum option aside from zionsville but my nursing income cant afford that.

Sport seats! Passenger side will have to wait until I finish charging the battery so I can start it up for the season.
Why is BMW leatherette so cheap and not durable.

Ohhhh good find. Yes the biggest problem with the 1 series were those crappy base seats.
I actually find the bmw pleather really good. It’s long lasting, never cracks, and looks decent.

Might be hard to spot but there's a long cut along the seat close to the door, and is cracking on the side parallel to the airbag plastic. They seem elusive enough to me that I bought them anyways.

Fortunately hasn't gotten worse since I owned it.
Tbh I think it's due to heavier people who are leaning heavily on the side bolsters on the base and the seat back when trying to get out. Or when they try to get out they swing their legs over the side bolsters and then slide their butt over/out of the car while grasping/leaning on the backrest, probably puts a lot of strain on the seat. (Looking at you hobz )

watchu talking about willis!?
my stock seats are perfect! ive never worn out a seat in my life (reason is that i have so much "padding" that the weight spreads evenly over the entire surface and since i drive like grandpa, i stay very stationary with little to no side to side forces and thus bolsters are perfect)
They do look a bit deflated though...... HEY SHADDUP

Apparently if anything higher than 3% is negotiated, then a "me too" movement gets into motion and all the other unions that already finished negotiating gets higher raises.
Minimum wage this June gets a better pay bump than unions at 3.9%
