The parts we needed arrived today, recycling
is the answer!
Going to mainly salvage the inner (wheel well) and outer quarter panels, as well as the front rocker panel caps.
We are going to cut up the rest of the car into useful sections and store them for the future, the rear floors and roof in particular are really nice.

installed alternator. more amps!!!
what a fucking bitch to do! the basics are there, just the space is so damn tight on the 430.
- take the p/s pulley off, cant go from up top unless you take out the tensioner as well.
- hard to take out from bottom cuz the damn hard p/s lines and tranny lines are in the way. not to mention the coolant hose and damn rad fan.
finally got the old one out, cleaned, fixed, and amped up, and back into the car. gonna feel the pain tomorrow.

It might look like it, but there are certain parts that would require more work. Not to mention the fact that it's missing a nose. Everything that we need is there, but there are some things that are less than desirable deep down on this one, which is why it's chopped in half already.

Did the side marker turn signal mod most Element owners do. Only god knows why Honda chose to make the side marker basically useless since it doesn't blink.
Not my images but this is exactly what I did.
The result:

finally had time to work on the car
changed the fuel pump last month,
did some suspension refresh by replacing the old worn toe link and adding in a new one + brace to it
and also replacing the stock track pack bilstein coilovers with nitron double adjustable

what coils did you get?
still trying to find a good place to mount the external reservoir that is easily accessible
thinking about the chassis bar near the engine, but kind of worried about the heat (even though most people mount it there)

Installed oem antenna plug (was duct tape before)
Installed comm system plug (was a hole in the roof for a 2way radio system, was duct tape, luckily the oem antenna plug size just fit in there with some convincing : )

Hit some ice/snow while driving today, snow got wedged in and broke the mounting tab , so I gotta figure out some way to get the bumper to hold. Time to grab some duct tape and zip ties !

Cutted a couple holes on my trunk liner to get easy access to my coilovers.
and then bought a couple of these to cover them up,
and here it is the result,
as clean as OEM.
