My guess would be no, since the nox dropped too.

methyl yes.
it will actually drop all the readings but depending where the problem is the drop varies.

FYI ive actually put a little bit of methyl hydrate already prior to the 1st test
but still failed i knew the car runs rich
2nd time added some more and gas = pass:fullofwin:

Took the driver headlight apart.
So much fucking sealant from whoever opened them last.

The projectors I got for retrofitting are too big. ugh setback.
options:
-use a smaller projector, give up D2S bulbs
-just keep the oem projectors.

welded in patch pieces on my crx rocker panel. all the major rust on the car is fixed now, it was just the rust on the drivers side rocker panel. the rest of the car is in pretty good shape!

smallest/easiest piece first

http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/k...psee5672cb.jpg

welds grinded down and blended in as best as possible

http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/k...ps9136935c.jpg

then started on the longer piece. what a pain in the ass, but a great learning experience. i got the hang of welded body pieces.. by the end of the day.

it turned out ok. not as smooth as i'd like, an angle grinder is overkill on such thin metal.

fliptuner 03-03-2013 09:33 PM

Did you try flux+gas?

If the grinding disc is too course, try a flap disc. Comes in 4 grits.

nope, i didn't have time to grab things because i started too late in the day. i did some practice welds on scrap pieces so i could dial in the welders settings, so i think that helped. i hope. i'll try flap disks if theres still more clean up grinding to do, body filler will make it smooth but i'm trying to use as little as possible

Swapped out batteries trying to figure out what's causing the volts to be so low. Still not solved :( guess I'm taking a trip to lordco tomorrow for new battery terminals...
