Finally got off my ass and cut my headlight shrouds to fit over the projectors. I had them on before, but that's when the linkage arms were disconnected and I could slide them on without hitting anything.

Before:

Bad picture, kinda, it's a still from a video lol.

Then I went to cutting the shrouds. Not the prettiest job, but nobody really sees them, so it's ok :D

And put them back on!

Pedobear returns!

After, I gave the car a good wash, it was filthy and had cherry blossoms stuck in weird places.

Nice ride! Great cars, MR2s! Too bad Toyota stopped producing them. Mid engine, rear wheel drive...doesn't get better than that :toot:

Thanks to ASR.

Replaced my superbrightleds.com bulb with ASR's multi LED.

License plate and all interior bulbs replaced.

(ASR bulb on left)

Overall white and brightness increased by about 20%.

Cut the bumper and installed some door trim moulding along the bottom edge, moulding was really hard to do but the car is ready to hit the road hopefully tomorrow!

a day or two late but here it is!

my brakes were warped and scored, and just bad in general, first brake swap since owning the car!

also i sprayed my extra clear bumper/corner lenses from clear, to amber... to even darker amber just to mix it up a little for now!

underscore 05-03-2013 07:11 PM

10k per year is isn't that low, I only do about 10k a year (but my commute is short)

had gotten all my supplies like towels, goo gone, dental floss, hair-dryer, etc
ended up only spending 2 minutes with the hair dryer and pulled off the badges with my fingers with no adhesive left over :fuckyea:

Changed the rear brakes on my car. Took some time to figure out how to compress/retract the piston.

turns out it's an adjustable screw from the back you turn with a Hex/Allen key...
And by doing that I also readjusted the Handbrake to engage within the first 5 clicks or so.

melloman 05-05-2013 05:22 PM

Threw the coils in.
Did some more front fender work.

More fender work = you can drop it more now... :lawl:

dared3vil0 05-05-2013 06:29 PM

Detailed it inside and out, cleaned the car out. Picking up the new truck Wednesday or Thursday. Going to be sad to see this one go. :okay:

dvdjels 05-05-2013 06:40 PM

installed camber bolts

waiting for alignment..nervous to be driving from richmond to chiliwack with alignment off...

melloman 05-06-2013 07:06 AM

^^ Realistically unless you screwed with it tons, I've learned it doesn't make a huge difference.

Camber won't kill you quick, toe will. As long as you don't have toe, you should be good

AW607 05-06-2013 04:19 PM

Got my O2 Sensor and cat replaced, reset codes and drove it around for a few hours.. aircared and passed. Feels good man :joy:
