Photocopying text books Was wondering if any of you students photocopy your text books? A couple of semesters ago I remember talking to someone one my class who photocopied all her text books. She told me she just dropped of her books, and someone photocopied all her books. Page by page. I forgot the place she mentioned, but was wondering anyone from RS have any sources. Obviously it be great just drop it off and have them scan them. Text books are expensive. I'm poor enough as it is. Help me out if you can. Thanks |
Staples. |
Why don't you just buy the book used and then resell it. Most of the time you only lose like 30 bucks. |
if each page costs 5 cents to print and the textbook has 700+ pages, I don't think it's worth it :/ |
Get to know people that work in offices with printers. Gf's sister is a manager at a place where there's a big ass copier in her office. She'll take pics off the pages two at a time the night before, load them on usb, take it to work the next day and voila right-click print all. Free text books. I'd def do it if i could. A dollar saved in school goes a looooong way. |
Few classmates of mine at BCIT photocopied their textsbook at a place in Crystal Mall. Can't remember the name of the place or where its located but its not a very big mall and shouldn't be too hard to find. |
Maybe you could find the textbook online then print it? I'm sure the results will look much different. I know my high school textbooks have home versions. |
