Europe is pretty crazy in highway rules. Trucks and buses are limited, cannot pass each other and must stay in the slow lane unless it's a three lane highway. The shoulder road lines are segmented so that in fog, you must be X amount of segments behind the car infront of you. People actually do slow lane on right unless there is a odd african in a fiat panda
