Sold my GPS today so I'm thinking of grabbing arma 2 tonight. Should I get it no steam or just buy a soft copy somewhere else?

Yeah, spent like 3 hours getting to the army base this morning was there 1 minute got shot in the back by some fuckhead. I'm so pissed I won't be playing for a bit.

with arma 3 coming out soon, those who don't have the game yet might want to wait because the mod is most likely going to be ported over

that being said, what happens in-game can be hilarious or stressful as hell, but it's definitely a lot more rewarding when you play with your friends

game is really fun!

this game is... hard as fuck
all alone, trying to look for weapons while getting attacked by zombies...

had a broken leg, no morphine.. was crawling around for 2 hrs.

debating on getting it... Worth the $30?

Looks like due to its popularity its getting its stand a lone game...

DayZ Confirmed as Standalone Game - IGN

doubt it will be ported to Arma 3 due to the stand alone.

Well i was watching these guys stream their dayz LIRIKK

and after laughing my ass off on the shit they were doing I had to buy it...

my copy never ended up working properly...so got amazon to do a refund
good thing i saved $15 now that standalone is announced...i ended up using that money for the new counter-strike anyways

I agree... it took me a good 2hrs+ to actually do anything in the game.

Last night though I was having a great time... got a decent weapon and back up, lots of food and drink even got a map, watch and a camo suit... but then I killed off like 10 zombies and ran out of bandages and bled to death lol.

If you go to the dayz forums i found alot of useful hits and tips there... Day Z Forums
