lets be honest.... russians are exactly like the chinese except different skin! They share a lot in common in terms of everything. (ex. family stuff)

Do they make it mandatory to have a dashcam? If so that would be rad for this country. Have insurance benefits and such added onto it. Also, russian street infrastructure looks so terrible. Some of the accidents you can barely see the lanes, street signs or lights. Might be quality issues though.
